This Friday we had a special edition of the Cookin

This Friday we had a special edition of the Cooking For Others project. This time, we had a cooking class with international university students who prepared Roman pizza and focaccia for the food delivery service.

We thank María Santigosa and Montse, cooking experts, for teaching the class. We enjoyed and learned a lot about suitable ingredients, fermentation times, doughs, and more. Now we enjoy pizza even more. Thanks to @siltaklubi for providing us with the opportunity to share the project with such good and enjoyable people. The recipient families were extremely grateful for their great Sunday meal.

Last weekend, we were lucky to have a songwriting

Last weekend, we were lucky to have a songwriting workshop for our Music Project. We enjoyed two intense days of work in which lyrics and melodies for songs were created in different groups. It was an incredible opportunity to meet new people, discover different talents, and find a common denominator: music. Stay tuned 👀, because we will soon inform you about future activities of the project 🤪

This Wednesday 22th, students enrolled in the Home

This Wednesday 22th, students enrolled in the Home Economics subject held their second session of the “Cooking For Others” project. The theme of the day was Spanish cuisine, and the students worked together to prepare a full menu for a food delivery service. The dishes they created included Salmorejo, Tortilla de Patata, and Flan.

To help them in their endeavor, expert chefs Montse and María Beninga joined the class to provide valuable guidance and instruction. Thanks to their expertise, the students were able to create delicious and authentic Spanish dishes that they can be proud of. The students undoubtedly gained invaluable culinary skills and knowledge, as well as a sense of teamwork and accomplishment.
