This Friday we had a special edition of the Cooking For Others project. This time, we had a cooking class with international university students who prepared Roman pizza and focaccia for the food delivery service.
We thank María Santigosa and Montse, cooking experts, for teaching the class. We enjoyed and learned a lot about suitable ingredients, fermentation times, doughs, and more. Now we enjoy pizza even more. Thanks to Silta Klubi for providing us with the opportunity to share the project with such good and enjoyable people. The recipient families were extremely grateful for their great Sunday meal.
